Joyce Palmers

Flanders, Belgium Joyce works as a creative producer, consultant and impact producer. She is part of the FILMPACT team (social change with Belgian docs) and just ended her freelance assignment at the talent development department at the Flemish Audiovisual Fund. She has worked for several Flemish production companies as a development strategist and has extensive experience in European collaborations through her previous position as head of the Media Desk Flanders. She holds a master’s degree in Chinese Language and Culture and is an active board member of Flemish Arts Center NONA. In her spare time she curates film programmes.
