The Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) is the government’s administrative body for film policy and advises the government on film policy.
NFI provides subsidies to Norwegian films, film co-production projects with other countries, television series and computer games, and offers grants, courses and talent development schemes to the film industry.
The NFI represents Norwegian film nationally and in an international setting and disseminates information on Norwegian film nationally and internationally.
