Norma Howard

Ireland Norma is a freelance script editor and development executive working across film and television in Ireland. She began working in the film industry as an assistant director for feature films and narrative shorts. Norma joined Pale Rebel Productions full time as development executive in 2022, having worked on their feature film “It Is In Us All”. Within the company, she collaborated with the producers to build a cohesive slate, working with writers across funding applications and acquiring IP for talent. Most recently, she worked as an assistant script editor for a television series with Channel 5 in the UK. Norma is passionate about working with writers and directors alike to bring hopeful, character driven stories to life.
