Wales Nan Davies is a Welsh Film Producer whose award-winning short films have screened internationally at BAFTA and Academy Award qualifying festivals. Drawn to stories that examine contemporary social themes through compelling characters, she is developing a slate of scripted and documentary features through her Cardiff-based company, One Wave Films. Her broadcast credits include Development Producer on BBC Four’s LIFE CINEMATIC, a series that profiled iconic filmmakers such as Sofia Coppola. She also served as Development Exec for Ffilm Cymru, working across their scripted and documentary slate. Her co-producer credits include STILL PUSHING PINEAPPLES (Labour of Love Films), a feature documentary set to premiere at Sheffield DocFest in June, and LEARNING TO BREATHE UNDER WATER (Shudder Films), a scripted project directed by Rebekah Fortune.
