Bulgaria After her studies in theology and psychology, Mira Staleva found herself drawn into the audiovisual world – a journey of over 25 years, so far. She started working at one of Sofia’s oldest and biggest art house cinemas “Cinema House” and has been an integral part of Sofia International Film Festival (SIFF) and Sofia Meetings since their formation. She is currently managing director of SIFF and Sofia Meetings, production and distribution – Art Fest Ltd. Mira also works in consulting, development, production, distribution and exhibition of audiovisual content. She’s co-produced films such as BRIGHTON 4 by Levan Koguashvili, DARKLING by Dusan Milic, THE KING OF THE BELGIANS by Jessica Woodworth and Peter Brosens, THE BAREFOOT EMPEROR by Jessica Woodworth and Peter Brosens. Currently shooting FORTRESS by Jessica Woodworth and HOW I LEARNED TO FLY by Radivoje Andric is in post-production.
